This is caused by activities such as washing dishes and using harsh cleaning products & detergents. Plus if you love nail polish like I do, you probably know what I'm saying. Nail polish have ingredients that can dry out the nails. Also, nail polish removers are harsh and very drying to the nails. In addition to that, these products will make your nail brittle and breakable. Sad but true.
Good thing there's the body shop's almond hand & nail cream. According to their website,
"This effective daily hand cream cares for nails as well as hands and contains two manicurist’s essentials: sweet almond oil and panthenol. "
Well, this great product really moisturizes and conditions hands and nails plus it has a sweet almond scent.

I bought this product coz it was on sale. I got it for S$15.90 (S$21.90 reg. price) for a 100ml tube.
I am so happy with this product. I've been using it for months now and I'm so satisfied with the result. I recently bought another tube but a smaller one, a 30ml for S$10.90 so that I can just put it in my bag & use whenever I want to.
